Robot coding game for kids
Your child writes a program with arrows, move forward and turn left or right, to guide a robot to a star on a grid. Obstacles come next, then « repeat ×2 » and « repeat ×3 » blocks that introduce loops.
What your child practises
- Writing a sequence of instructions
- Planning a path on a grid
- Using a repeat loop
Matches the computing curriculum at Key Stages 2 and 3: creating algorithms, sequences and repetition.
How to play
Tap the arrows to write the robot’s path, then press ▶. The robot does exactly what you wrote.
